I drove more than 45 minutes to this address, and couldn't find it. When I called them to check, I was surprised when they told me that their address is in Gatineau and they have the Ottawa address only for post code reasons.
J'étais sensé avoir un estimation aujourd'hui vers 16h-16h15. La personne ne s'est jamais pointé. J'ai essayé d'appeler mais sans réponse. Je suis bien déçu de cette première impression qui restera la dernière aussi. Un appel pour m'aviser d'un retard ou pour remettre le rendez-vous, ça aurait été facile.
Great customer service and competitive prices
This was my fence not even 6 months into installation. I was told that I have a two year warranty and I was hoping regional fence would help me out since my fence was the only one that collapsed out of all my neighbours (we all installed together and shared costs) but they said they could not help me since it was a storm. Yet nowhere does it state that in the warranty document I signed. Now I am getting it fixed by someone else. Just a heads up for anyone looking to do business with them.
