I went for a simple imcection. I had to return to my reg Dr two weeks later. Because or want cleared up. I found out that my deductible and put of pocket had been paid through my insurance I had to call them to get it refunded and was told i had to go through the Drs accountant. I should not have had to call it should have been refunded Considering it been well over a month since claim was sent to them.
This is a great place, staff is friendly and the doc seens to know what he is doing, I have been going here for 3 years.
