Get a different office manager!
Yay! Dr Moore is back! After he left, we went to other Regional Eye doctors in Joplin, but never found the rapport we had enjoyed with Dr Moore, and his staff. They are all so nice! And always helpful.
Office Manager Donna, was RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I have called there 3 different times and been treated hatefully all 3 times. My actual appointment went just fine and the Dr was very helpful and friendly as well as the staff assisting me in choosing frames.
