FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO, DO NOT GO HERE!!! Dr. Gendleman fixed my problem in no time, and was extremely pleasant. That's why i was so surprised with the following experience. The worst front staff I've ever encountered. When making an emergency appointment and get records, the (clearly young) female receptionist insisted that i had a balance due, although i have never rec'd a bill.
