I am not usually speechless but holy crap! I’ve never felt so ripped off in my life! Just moved to Alberta almost 3 months ago. Charged for GAS, we never used any at all! Fixed gas rate fee, $250.00! Let me repeat, we never used any gas at all! If you use Regiinal Energy you will get charged for things you don’t even use! And the few times we used A/C amounted to over $183.00! Worst company they scam you real bad, I was away for a month, I turned off the power completely but the bill was 400 !!! This company should be shut down and be audited !! They are walking red flag.. Do not trust them !!!
Very costly, and i have to pay $250 to get out of my contract. Don't get fooled by their low price for consumption. They overcharge you on admin costs. Just got my last bill compared with Headwaters and they are $23 less on fees in one month. That's propane, electric is even worse!
They estimate bills. You never get a true reading. Your always paying more than you should. They also do not tell you if you cancel gas before your contract is up they will charge you $250. Our bills have been way cheaper with atco!
