The receptionist was able to help diagnose our issue with our garage door and promptly scheduled us in for a service call. They came within seven days and the gentleman who arrived on site was on time, very kind and professional. He was able to fully replace the broken mechanism on the garage Within 45 minutes and did not leave a mess behind. We were very happy with the value of the service and would 100% recommend them in the future.
For what should've been a simple door install , has been a long process , with timelines not met, details missed on every aspect, wrong color sill , missed paint , products not explained well, and double checking billing. Having demo started then coming back 2 weeks later to finish install , was unplanned and leaving our old front door without capping during that time. Watch out for their employees driving! White truck just barrelled through a crosswalk with a lady having to jump out of the way! He was too busy on his phone! Longwood St in Westdale, Hamilton Ontario at 12:30 pm September 4th.
