Great professional staff. They are helpful and give great advice. Clean facility. Fair Prices. Call in advance for special orders. Anything doors they will likely have it. Services for you home available. Prices are okay. Services are quick.
They have cost my companies time, frustration and money. Will never deal with again. When they mess up they are not willing to take any loss, will not help and simply don't care. They will reply to a negative review making it LOOK like they care and want to help. But they don't care and won't help.
We ordered trim for our home. We have a curved wall. The salesperson provided the piece. He saw the curved wall and brought us a PVC piece. When our contractor was installing it it broke. There was no bend. When I contacted our salesperson he first said the contractor should have contacted him for instructions on how to install. Then he said the contractor should have warmed it up?? I had my first experience with Regional Doors and would give more than 5 stars if I could. I started by leaving a message that was quickly returned, made a quick appointment and chose my doors and hardware with ease. Everyone was eager to jump in and assist and not just go through the motions but offered suggestions and researched some of my choices for availability and timelines.
