The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable
Professional…. Punctual and quality work and materials. The installers were spot on. Polite and clean. The young apprentice gal was great.
For what should've been a simple door install , has been a long process , with timelines not met, details missed on every aspect, wrong color sill , missed paint , products not explained well, and double checking billing. Having demo started then coming back 2 weeks later to finish install , was unplanned and leaving our old front door without capping during that time. Just looking forward to getting the door finished and not dealing with regional doors. Update. The project of our front door still is not complete.
Job was well executed and in a timely fashion. The installers knew their tasks and were friendly. However, more attention could be given to clean up since I found a few screws, nuts and bolts on the garage floor. JV
