Horrendous support staff and doctors that are completely out of touch with the care and compassion of patients. Remember your oath: DO NO HARM!
when they call you they leave a number that doesn’t work. you just get their voicemail but then it says you can no longer leave messages.
I have been seeing Dr. Rinker since 2004 and I have nothing but good things to say about him and all his staff. They are always courteous, helpful and caring.
Does anyone answer phones over there or is just leave a message? Can't even leave a message. Why leave a text with a number if no one answers?
