I have been a patient for over 7 years, but it has been increasingly hard to get an appointment. I called to ask for a follow-up appointment since I had to go to the ER and was told it would be 4 months before I could get in. I explained to the appt clerk I had a lot of pain and was still having major issues and asked if she could check for an acute appointment with is different than a routine appt. She was rude and said no, 4 months that's it. These Doctors do not care about the patients only the money.
I ended up having to go see someone at USA in Mobile because they were no help at all. They made me worse actually.
Amanda was so professional and listen to everything and that shot she gave me actually helped my hip and my leg I like it there she was very good PA
I admit, looking at these poor reviews I was skeptical when my provider referred me to this group. From the moment I walked in the door of the clinic to the time I was dismissed from my EGD, EVERYTHING was completely first rate! The office building is very nice and modern with a comfortable waiting area. All of the office staff was courteous and friendly.
