This office was very unprofessional and unprepared we filled out the check in documents on an iPad given to us when we arrived and after sitting for an hour they hand us a clipboard with the same information that was on the iPad there’s no one in charge and no system in place to have consistency with patient check in the office is ran by a bunch of individuals that are not qualified to do the job which creates very long wait time our appointment was for 1030 we arrived at 1015 and didn’t see the doctor until 1140 if I could ... read more

The doctor is wonderful. The lady in charge of billing is a piece of cake. She over-billed me on a visit. I am on Medicare with a supplement. Even though I had met my yearly deductible, she insisted on me paying her at time of service. After claim was made, she would not refund the full amount. Beware of their tactics. Have never had this problem with any other doctors office.

Dr. was irritated when she entered the room. Minimal eye contact and minimal explanation of my results from upper lower inspection. Then jumped on the you need to loose weight discussion. I let her know I was not interested in this lecture. She became more agitated. As she started to leave the room, she said she needed to check my abdomen, reached out two fingers, poked them in my abdomen quickly and, for the first time she looked me in the eyes, and asked if it hurt. I have no other way to think about it but to say I truly believe this office commits fraud. I have been trying for months to obtain my overpayment and no one ever calls me back. The office blames the billing dept the billing dept the office. No one in this office seems to care. If you go to see this doctor you will overpay! Check your EOBs!!!
