I have been going here for about 7 years, and the one time I am running late you want to charge me $30 to reschedule?! So I guess your patients can charge you when you’re not on time. While I understand needing to cancel me due to being late but to charge me when I am usually waiting on y’all? Hope that $30 was worth losing a patient over.
Had a dental emergency when a young Marines braces wire popped off the bracket. They were able to work us into the schedule to get it fixed allowing the Marine to get back into his training.
About a month ago my girlfriend and I went in to have a checkup on a filling that was done a week ish prior. At this point, they’ve already charged us over 300 dollars for a single tooth filling. Upon going back to the office for a checkup for her teeth, they found more cavities on the tooth they have already filled. They proceeded to fill this with 0, and I mean absolutely 0 written consent or confirmation for doing this procedure. This cost us an additional ~165 dollars.
