One of the drivers pulled a hit-and-run on my vehicle while he was dropping off another vehicle at a repair facility on Battleground ave. Got the run around after exhausting a bunch of time looking at recorded camera footage with a GSO police officer who got the name & number off the tow truck in the video. They would not cooperate with the insurance company after they reluctantly gave me the insurance information. Best experience i’ve had with a tow truck driver!

Unfortunately my car was totaled, but there were important items I left in my vehicle. Two months later, I went back and spoke to the owner who kindly and pleasantly let me take my belongings out of my car at no cost. Thank You so much for working with me. Other tow company's would've charged to get those items out.
