The lady on the phone is extremely rude…why be a receptionist? I was honestly taken aback because the man who helped tow my car was very kind. So the stars are for him!!!

the receptionist needs to find a new job! i’ve never in my life been talked to like that. Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this tow company. My son was driving a vehicle registered in my name at which time it was involved in a car fire. Vehicle was towed by this company. My son did not give me the information of the tow service and it sat in there lot for about a month. I received a letter from DMV advising me that my car was at their lot and I needed to contact them. I immediately contacted them and was told that the tow and storage bill was a certain price. Completely nasty customer service. My car was involved in a hit and run accident . My insurance required pictures. I went up the next day to stay in compliance when the nastiest woman answered the phone and just had such an attitude. I don’t know how you can be “24/7” and closed on the weekends.
