Rude phone receptionist. Long hold times on phone, and they speak so fast when they put you on hold you can’t even understand what they are saying.
The lady on the phone is extremely rude…why be a receptionist? I was honestly taken aback because the man who helped tow my car was very kind. So the stars are for him!!!
the receptionist needs to find a new job! i’ve never in my life been talked to like that.
