Payment arrangements made and they repord my car! They are horrible. Dont east r you time with them. They dont care about you at all. Konowing i was at work
If I could give this place an absolute zero I would!! 6 years with this finance company and the car still at the same amount I purchased it. Their customer service is awful and disappointing. There is very seldom you get someone who is polite and helpful but 90% of the time is a battle. I have been hung up talked to crazy and degraded it’s unacceptable and very unprofessional. I spoke with Denise Perkins for help and was baffled by by he way she talked to me . Her attitude is hideous and she kept mentioning how her life is in order and blah blah , she definitely need to be fired
Not a good place to work . The people on your own team shows hate towards you and the team leaders and supervisors are very unprofessional. Do not recommend working here
