Something needs to be done about this company. I’ve had nothing but problems with them. I paid early one time and got told later that month I still owed them for that month. I’ve had the same vehicle for 5 years now and I have paid the whole amount every month but yet I still owe the entire amount that I started with. There’s always a catch. annoying company. financed a Corolla from them a year ago, hit some hard times, and had to fall behind on my payments. still paid nonetheless, and no longer than 30 days when i had to. i set up a promise to pay inside the app to have it paid by the 21st, and im over here getting called and harassed before my scheduled payment. rude little girl on the phone kept over talking me as well. why the hell yall got an app if it doesn’t work? and why are yall pressing me about a Toyota Corolla? oh and just to be petty, these idiots d... read more
I honestly don’t even know where to start! I called to make a payment arrangement and pay partial payment and they were so very RUDE! I’ve never in my entire life felt the way I do after talking to them. Most companies would much rather your money than your car. I don’t feel that way with them. I think they just don’t care and refuse to help anyone!!
It’s a shame I have to put “a star” because this crappy unprofessional company doesn’t deserve not a one!!! If I have one regret in life it’s ever using this trash company! Like mentioned before, and that says a lot! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Do your research!!! Don’t be stuck with them, like I was and then have to put up with those evil people! You will thank us later! They have some of the rudest and most unprofessional people working here!
ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM THEY'RE BEYOND RUDE AND ACT LIKE THEY CAN NEVER HELP. CANNOT MAKE ANY PARTIAL PAYMENTS AND WONT TRANSFER TO A MANAGER. THEY STACK UP INTEREST THAT TOOK A 5 YR LOAN TO A 7 YR LOAN. TRASH!!! TRASH!!! TRASH!!!
