Good luck getting someone on phone to actually talk to...so tired of dialing 1! SO HARD TO GT TO AN ACTUAL BREATHING AGENT....they have no problem calling your phone 9000000 times a day if you are a day late

Simply horrible the app that was suggested to make my payments all of a sudden stopped . and then they provided a message app which only pulls the full amount out at one time whether you want to or not, and I can’t get in touch with no one only an automated service. It is horrible. I would not recommend regency to anyone it has been a headache ever since I got started just horrible

Something needs to be done about this company. I’ve had nothing but problems with them. I paid early one time and got told later that month I still owed them for that month. I’ve had the same vehicle for 5 years now and I have paid the whole amount every month but yet I still owe the entire amount that I started with. There’s always a catch. annoying company. financed a Corolla from them a year ago, hit some hard times, and had to fall behind on my payments. still paid nonetheless, and no longer than 30 days when i had to. i set up a promise to pay inside the app to have it paid by the 21st, and im over here getting called and harassed before my scheduled payment. rude little girl on the phone kept over talking me as well. why the hell yall got an app if it doesn’t work? and why are yall pressing me about a Toyota Corolla? oh and just to be petty, these idiots d... read more
