So, my son needed a car. We went to the person that we have been dealing with for years to get a car. Credit ain't the best. My salesman got the car approved. We signed the papers for the car and took it home. A week and a half later they call talking about we needed to complete the welcome package, which I've never heard of. Bad service not helpful getting title.
Good luck getting someone on phone to actually talk to...so tired of dialing 1! SO HARD TO GT TO AN ACTUAL BREATHING AGENT....they have no problem calling your phone 9000000 times a day if you are a day late
