I bought a C-Max Energi from Colonial Motors in Smyrna DE, who steered me to this outfit, Regional Acceptance Corporation out in Greenville, NC. If I could give then no stars I would be aware they are thieves they stole my first couple of checks that where sent by my car insurance after them getting paid off for a total loss clame car accident. They claimed they never received them for months when they where sent threw ***** and signed for by sue Wayne I tracked them all. They are thefts and scammers and try to get extra. Called the customer service spoke to a rep today 12/13/2017. She did not know the answer to my questions she clearly kept stating "I Do not know". I then requested a manager and the manager thought she could intimidate me by talking over me every time I spoke. I cut her off and advise for her to let me speak. I was trying to make a payment on the account of $1,200.00 just so I can take my vehicle out of the US but she then stated " I dont care if you make 20 payments bottom line is you not getting approved". ...the service I have received from these bozos is ludicrous. I would highly recommend an investigation into their practices as waiting on hold for a half an hour and being berated by customer service is not something I am accustomed to.
