This company ran my credit every other month so that I couldn’t refinance my car through another company. And I was followed for 2 weeks by a black Cadillac truck. They dang near followed me to my job everyday for 2 weeks not to mention that they would come sit in front of my house. they came and knocked on my door on a Sunday talking about dropping off a letter about my car. They took a double payment out of me too I did not agree to that either. I told them I paid it every week and they keep telling me I owe this but they know I’ve been telling them about 100 times I pay my payment every week.
Hands down the worst company to get a loan through.
I’ve called at least 5 times now to have assistance with obtaining my statements with no luck. Their process for signing up for e statements is broken and I’ve been told “it needs to be escalated” but I’ve heard nothing back. Everyone you speak to is rude and incompetent. I’ve been refused to speak with a manager regarding my issue, I’ve submitted online inquiries and never been called. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I need someone to reach out to me and rectify my issue immediately.
