Was told I had an extension. Kept getting text messages that a payment was due, then told 2 payments due. Gave a $30 “good faith payment” and told I still owe 2 months. This place is horrible and full of incompetent liars!!
Very courteous staff - highly professional, and willing to work with individuals' unique financial circumstances.
Literally stuck with working with this company for my car loan. The app is useless and out of date. You are basically forced to call customer care for ACTUAL information because the app basically only allows you to pay your car pyment. I speak to representatives and always get different answers when I need help with anything. If you try to fill out requests for extensions or anything don’t expect to receive any notification of approvals/denials because that never gets sent.
