I would give zero stars if I could. Every time you call them you can't ever get a live person. It is always an automated prompt. There is no option to reach a live agent. This seems hella fishy to me. Bad company and bad customer service. High interest rates too. If you can, please avoid this company. If you guys are reading this review, I hope you improve. You suck.
I can never seem to speak with any actual people, they dont update their online site frequently enough resulting in the reflection of payoff amounts to not match properly, sent them the amount it had shown for a payoff and then the bill decreased by almost $1000 by the time they got it, now somehow their payoff for what they took shows almost $700 higher than what was original present on their form, regardless they owe me money back yet leave 0 way to get up with them that actually works, I have picture showing all of this i... read more
I looked up this company because I was bored and we had to finance through this company at first with my first car. It’s very disappointing that I see they don’t have any good reviews. I have another car now but I have to call them and I really don’t want to now. They lost my title!! Now that I have another car, the dealership wants it and I thought it wasn’t my problem anymore. Apparently it is! What company can be so irresponsible as to lose someone’s title for their car!! You need the title!
