Whoever they have in customer service they need to rethink having them. It is 7:45pm on a Saturday night and they making calls and have an attitude doing them. Please do better thanks in advance.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! RUN!!! My car was totaled out and paid for by my insurance and still they charged me interest when the car was released to progressive. & also I have Gap insurance!!! The day they GO out of BUSINESS, is a day to celebrate!
I only wish I knew then, what I know now. Absolute SNAKES. Beware if you are approved for financing through them. They prey on people who struggle with their credit. All of their numbers are automated systems, making it impossible to reach a human. However, if you call corporate and select that you are a new customer - they will happily answer you! Amazing how that works! I will be following up with the BBB regarding this company. Total trash.

My dad’s fell behind on his payments so we caught his payments up and they still repossessed the truck. Now no one will return to calls or emails to see what we can do to get the truck back. Bad customer service. Don’t walk away RUN
