May was really kind and got both my children vaccinated them she she has a lot of work to do and she was still being so kind and she was taking her time and I really appreciate may thank you.
Very disorganized - received multiple calls from Public Health each with a different response to the same situation. It's hard to trust an entity when each individual has a different response and protocol they want you to follow. The staff are kind, but the organization and lack of internal communication is subpar in consideration with what public health handles.
My daughter got bitten by a cat and needed Rabies vaccine. They sent us to the urgent care clinic for the shots. We thought it was the regular procedure. Soon my family doctor got billed for each shot and visit from the Urgent care! They had all our files and knew we have family doctor, why they sent us to the urgent care. I filled the complaint and never heard anything from them. The lady that I spoke to was quite rude as well!
