My concerns come down to a lack of price transparency, extremely poor communication, and customer service that fell far below my expectations. I was a loyal client for almost two years, consistently paying about $150 in cash for my appointments and regularly leaving a $35 tip. Love this salon.. Angela is my girl. She does a great job with my color, cut and style. Staff is very nice. My hair is really difficult to get right and highly recommend.
