VERY IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE!! Neither professional nor sympathetic!! REFUSED OUR CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT!! Today we made an appointment and the service guy was supposed to come here from 11AM to 1PM. But he did not contact us until 1:30PM. (At first we were even questioning ourselves if we live in 2 different time zones lol.) Not only did he effectively and efficiently resolve my issues but he did it professionally and he was extremely knowledgeable about my concerns! I strongly recommend his company to everyone!
