I wish I could give Dr West a higher review. She is my OBGYN but has done so much above and beyond that to make sure I’m doing okay. She is an amazing physician and I recommend her to literally anyone looking. I have had a few severe medical issues in the last couple years and when she found out she JUMPED on running every test she could to try to help rule things out. She has always taken every one of my complaints so seriously. If you can, get Dr West as your OBGYN.
Dr. West is the best. She listens and always show and express genuine concern. I am grateful that I switched to her. My previous doctor was not concerned about what was happening in my body. I will recommend Dr. West to anyone looking for a great Ob/Gyn.
Wait 5 months for an appointment and then get a call 1 week before the appointment that the appointment needs to be rescheduled for another 5 months out. Outside of unprofessional, from a health standpoint it’s really scary. I’m sorry to write negative information but the general care and feelings that once existed among us in most professions has been lost.
I don't know this doctor at all, but I was switching all of my care from Ascension to Baptist. The original call was good. They scheduled me an appointment no problem. It was scheduled for months out (I scheduled it like April 2nd and they scheduled me for June.) I was a little disappointed but I get it. Appointments fill up fast. Then they just called and told me (oopsie I made a mistake making your appointment. She does not see new patients that day we need to reschedule.)
