Got a massage it was great! Pedi & mani took 2 hours left with 2 differ colors on toes & finger! The pro could not paint nails at all, sloppy! No name brand polish! Was abandoned by the pro so she could eat! 105. 00 price tag! Priceless! Crappy service
This salon is trying to maintain prestige reputation while having a poor and overpriced service. Also taking advantage of the customers. Be aware to ask for specific price before the service. They price different rates for the same service. Frist time I has highlights I paid $100. Next time I asked for completely same thing and charged $150. Also, a half an hour massage does not last a half an hour – it is more like 15-20 minutes. I assume that shortage of customer have to be compensated somehow. I will never visit this salo... read more
Scheduled a massage and there was a misunderstanding with the time. While I was speaking with the polite receptionist about how to resolve it Regina took the phone and very unprofessionally started to threaten me that I would be paying for the massage whether I could make it or not because of their cancellation policy. She was rude and unprofessional and I was not in any way trying to avoid paying, just trying to understand the mix up. I will never go back. Aren't massages supposed to be relaxing? Really Bad Experience My stylist was Allison. I left with a large gap in the side of my hair and a ring around the back that looked like someone had tried to cut out a rainbow. I did call the owner and the owner said they stylist said it was from a previous bad haircut, I showed Regina where the gap was fresh cut, not 8 months old and she then told me it was due to a cowlick on the side of my head. After my hair stylist of 3 years quit from there and called to get me to try her new place, I almost did. I am so glad I decided to stay with Regina's! Nina is awesome and so sweet! My old stylist had always been good at cutting my hair, but after 3 years of the same thing every 6 weeks, it was great to get a new set of hands in my hair! I really didn't know I needed a change until I got it! They have always been good to me, they have the shampoo I like, and I don't have to go anywhere else for my facials either. Absolutely Horrible!!! Wasted 300.00 for grotesque service and empty promises.
I had my hair cut and styled, the young lady was so polite and took her time making sure I was satisflied, then I had a facial. I was completely satisfied and felt years younger!
If you are looking for a massage look no further! The service is great and you will be amazed!!! Worth every penny!
