My wife and I recently had to make the heart breaking decision to ease our Boomers pain. The staff was the kindest, most thoughtful I have ever experienced. They gave us privacy before and after Boomer went on. I can’t thank them enough. It takes a very special type of person and group of professionals to do this for people. Thank you from the bottoms of our broken hearts.
The guy answering the phone didn't sound like he had a clue what was going on. He didn't even k le if he was a vet. Scary, very scary.
