There are not enough adjectives to describe my experience with Regina! She was relentless, professional, tenacious, loyal, open, honest and accessible to just name a few. She communicated well we never felt out of the loop and she fought for our best interest every step of the way. If you want the best results in the shortest time you should hire Regina!!
Regina helped my fiance sell his place in a week or so of it being listed. And got $25k over asking price. She got the job done!
What can I say? When you start out using a friend to work with on anything you’re never sure how things will turn out. You could possibly lose a friend. Regina stayed professional all the way. Never failing to take a call, or just to be there to hold our hand. I sometimes felt that we were asking too much of her but she never felt that way. We remained friends and I would recommend her to anyone in the market for buying or selling their home.
I worked with Regina on my first transaction as a new investor and she was very helpful. As this was my first, we obviously ran into issues that required her to clean up more messes than a typical transaction. Not only did she answer the bell everytime with professionalism, she was also helpful on a personal level to me and made the overall experience far better. Great communication, willing to help herself (drove to pick up plans twice when I was out of town), and a solid closer!
Regina was a True God Send! It was my first time buying a house and she walked me through each step, great communicator, no bs, really cared about what I wanted as a client as opposed to just making a sell. And really knows her stuff, especially when it came to making an offer for a house.
