Brad from Regina Plumbing did the work I required in a fast professional manner. He took the time to answer any questions I had and also pointed me in the right direction to buy a part I needed that wasn’t in the scope of work he was at my house for. Overall I had a very good experience with Derek, Brad and the entire staff I spoke to at Regina Plumbing and would highly recommend the firm to others.
Purchased a new furnace. Communication in the lead up to installation and after felt like family. All my questions were answered, and concerns addressed. While there were a few hiccups, issues were handled immediately.
Fantastic service and prompt installation. I called Simon when I had issues with the company who installed our old furnace. In less than 2 hours, he was there to discuss a new installation. His team of Rhett and Rebecca came the very next morning. They worked quickly and with care for our home. They answered any questions we had and were kind and courteous. Inquired about a problem on Saturday afternoon and had someone out Monday morning Problem was more complex than i originally thought and was handled quickly and at a great price I would recommend this company in a heartbeat
Great experience with Regina plumbing & Heating when our furnace decided to stop working late Friday night. I called Saturday morning they sent out one of their guys right away and he looked at our furnace and was great he explained what the problem was and showed me as well and explained the cost for the weekend and what it would be if we were to wait till Monday.
