Regina Plumbing is the most reliable and competent plumber we have ever used. They respond on time, and quickly if it seems like an emergency, and their plumbers are extremely experienced, efficient, and communicative (in other words they explain both the problem and the solution in terms you can understand). After years of calling other plumbing services that were hit or miss we are thrilled to know that Regina is always there when we need them!
We recently had some leaking problems with our hallway bathroom toilet in our condo. Our friend recommended Regina Plumbing. So I called them and they were very prompt. They replaced the toilet bowl wax rings in our two bathrooms, and we had to have the water shut off in our building for them to replace the toilet bowl valves. So they came back promptly the next week, and replaced the valves in both bathrooms. They were very professional and I am very pleased with their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Regina Plumbing. The pilot light on my Rheem hot water heater would not stay on. I called Regina Plumbing and was able to quickly schedule one of their technicians to come to our house.
