Words cannot describe how rude and unprofessional this office is. I have been seeing one of the drs for nearly a year and she is absolutely wonderful. I have zero complaints about the dr. The front desk staff however are awful. I called about my appointment and the woman who answered hung up on me mid conversation - when I called back I asked, “did you hang up on me?” She said, “yes, I didn’t like how the conversation was going”. I’m baffled. If you read other reviews this seems to be a very common problem at this office.
I don’t understand how Dr Nwankwor is still able to practice as a Psychiatrist. If you google his name you’ll see that he’s been caught lying about his credentials when he was working in Ireland and Winnipeg before coming to Regina. He does not listen to his patients, he over prescribes medications and when I had brought up this concern, he didn’t call me back for over a week. I like my pychiatrist Dr. Ragulan. She’s helped me more than my previous who’d ghost me. This morning I called to cancel because I have a head cold and makes it hard to think or talk. The lady didn’t say her name or any greeting other than hello and I had to ask just in case. She was gonna charge me a cancellation fee. I’m like no I’m am sick and not in my control.
