I have no issues with my neurologist here but I have tons of issues with the receptionist. My alarm didn’t wake me up and when I woke up it was 20 minutes past my appointment. Every single time I’m there the receptionists are beyond rude and unprofessional. They give attitude and barely explain anything. If I didn’t have to go there I wouldn’t.
Capable of identifying the obvious. Less so when things get nuanced. I visited with what turned out to be a compromised skin barrier -- dryness and irritation after a long bout of facial discomfort. Instead of assessing and advising accordingly, I was redirected to my GP for chronic disease screening. (Spoiler: it was just dryness.) The appointment took about a month to be scheduled (which felt acceptable to me), and then the appointment was rescheduled and delayed by another two weeks. Unfortunately, it seemed my file still had not been reviewed in advance, and Dr. Moinuddin quickly scanned my records during the appointment and asked me to relay details about my blood work.
