Our appointment was for 9am, she didn't show up to the office until 9:45am, tried to charge extra money on top of the deposit that wasn't needed as we have dental coverage
Dr. Rizvi is a complete professional. He is so Personable and caring I highly recommend him as a neurologist.
Highly unorganized facility with booking appointments. Wait times are beyond normal basic waiting times. Looking at 1-2 hours past appointment time. Waiting room at full capacity with shoes all over the ground at front desk. Not enough chairs to hold amount of people they bring in at once. You have to call to confirm your appointment time and date and when you do the receptionist is unprofessional and unorganized.
My new neurologist, Dr. Shahab is at this clinic. I give him 5-stars. He he is so thoughtful and doesn't rush you through your appointment. I have been under the care of another neurologist for over 5 years, and Dr. Shahab helped me more in one appointment than my other doctor has. There is also lots of free parking. The unfriendly reception drags down the rating.
