Dr Ming is a fab doctor. We are lucky to have him. Thorough, knowledgeable and experienced. We treasure him.
Been waiting over 30 minutes for my 1:55 p.m appointment. If it says 1:55 it should be at 1:55! Not an hour later! I drove 3 hours to get this level of service. Completely unacceptable. Its hard to believe our taxpayers dollars goes to waste like this with inefficient services, longer than long wait times!!!! Get your act together people or don't be in business if you can't function correctly!!!!
I have no issues with my neurologist here but I have tons of issues with the receptionist. My alarm didn’t wake me up and when I woke up it was 20 minutes past my appointment. I felt horrible that I missed it and immediately called the office to reschedule my appointment. When I called the receptionist I talked to was incredibly rude the entire time. Every single time I’m there the receptionists are beyond rude and unprofessional. They give attitude and barely explain anything. If I didn’t have to go there I wouldn’t.
