Office staff are rude and unprofessional. I booked an appointment several months in advance and had a card verifying it. When I showed up it wasn't in their system and they essentially accused me of faking the appointment. I would not return to this doctor.
Our appointment was for 9am, she didn't show up to the office until 9:45am, tried to charge extra money on top of the deposit that wasn't needed as we have dental coverage
Dr. Rizvi is a complete professional. He is so Personable and caring I highly recommend him as a neurologist.
