I rarely leave reviews, but I couldn’t be happier with my experience, the service, and staff here! I was having an anxious day doing vehicle shopping- I felt so relieved, comfortable, and relaxed when I was at Mazda Regina thanks to Chippy and Kristy. The service offered and given at Regina Mazda is top notch. They are kind, prompt, and thorough. I've never had an issue with prices they charge, especially with the above and beyond services they consistently provide. My vehicle receives the proper care and service it needs, and my needs as a customer are always met, and often exceeded. Beyond enjoying Mazda as a reliable manufacturer, this shop is a very good reason to own a Mazda!
Called for parts and was treated like garbage. Could not figure out without a vin even tho I had all the part numbers for what I wanted. This is a big reason why I didn’t want to buy a new Mazda Keath is horrible with people and won’t deal with him. Multiple bad experiences with him.
Recently bought my first vehicle from a dealership, and after shopping around, I finally decided on Mazda! They were excellent im delivering top notch knowledge about what they are selling their customers and constantly strive to make you feel like family!
