I brought my wife’s CX-5 to Regina Mazda for service today and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The team not only completed the maintenance professionally, but also washed the car and even wiped down the interior, it’s a very pleasant surprise. I personally drive a Honda, and while Honda’s service is not bad at all, the customer care at Mazda just feels a step above. Just based on today’s service experience alone, I’m already considering making my next car a Mazda. Highly recommended.
Always a great experience. Joseph and the service team, from reception right to shuttle, are always courteous and helpful. Walking through the work and inspection makes, they make sure you are knowledgable about everything they have done and checked. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
