AEP is a caring, friendly, competent and accommodating practice. They have high-tech testing machines and I get a thorough exam. The store carries great brands of glasses and I always find something I love. I've been a patient/client for over 5 years.

Overall, I liked this office. The doctor was welcoming and professional. Her assistant was very friendly. However I felt pushed to switch Rx from contacts I already liked to a brand the office seems to heavily promote, even though I said I was happy with what I was using. The new ones ended up being really uncomfortable and drying (and apparently are not favored for my kind of prescription anyway). Dr. Jasper and her team are exceptional! Everyone I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable, patient, caring, and genuinely invested in providing the best possible experience and care. I just visited Advanced Eyecare Specialists for my first visit after relocating to Florida. They are so advanced and have so many machines to test your eyes-I was truly amazed! Jessica performed all my testing and she was very patient, calm and very informative about each test she did on me. Dr April Jasper was amazing.Very friendly and pleasant-she listened to my concerns and answered all my questions in a calming way. I cant say enough kind things about this entire office but I am so glad they were recommended to me.
