I love this doctor, and the office personnel. I switched from Southern IN Pediatrics after it took them 3 weeks to diagnose a UTI in my daughter, and they blew off my son's reaction to a vaccination. Dr. Bertsch is very patient with the children and takes her time to listen and interact with them. She is also very thorough when it comes to finding a diagnosis. My kids actually like going to the doctor!
