I just recently brought in a hearing aide for a woman who is in hospice with less than 2months to live. She asked me to take the hearing aid in to have the volume turned up so she could hear and be able to watch tv and they adamantly refused to do anything without another hearing test. I tried to explain that she is unable to come in but it became crystal clear that if they were not going to make their money by doing another hearing test they would not adjust the volume for our dear friend. Had to get a hearing test done for my doctor so I went to Regina hearing service and had it taken care of I found out that I need hearing aid and was shown The device that they had that would be the best for me they were very nice and helpful to get me on my way to hearing normal again I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for hearing service
