“Popped into Regina’s today and found exactly what I needed! The staff were welcoming and helpful, and they had the wig glue I’d been looking for. Really handy spot on Cowley Road for Afro hair products—will definitely be back!”
While Regina's Hair Salon does a decent job with women's haircuts and styling, my overall experience there has been extremely negative. The staff are often unprofessional and have been dishonest in their interactions with customers. I've witnessed and personally experienced behavior that is dismissive and demeaning, especially when concerns or complaints are raised. Always treated me good very nice lady
Whenever I'm on the Cowley road. I like popping round at Regina's to buy my hair products. They always have a variety of options to choose from, however the lady's are always available to narrow down the choices. Thank you for your customer service.
