I have been visiting Regina for acupuncture for over two years. I can't say enough good things about Regina's practice. Every session she takes time to understand my body, my aches/pains and needs. Acupuncture sessions with Regina are the only time when I feel truly heard, not rushed and relieved of pain! She is also very lovely to work with-- accepts insurance, is flexible in scheduling and will always find a way to squeeze a patient in if in dire need. Regina helped me with lower back pain during my pregnancy and I can’t thank her enough. I had tried chiropractic and massage, but it was her treatments that alleviated my pain. She is an extremely compassionate and talented practitioner and I appreciate that she accepts many types of insurance too!
