From out of province, this emergency room and staff were absolutely incredible, compassionate, funny. All around a very amazing experience. First time in a long time I've seen a hospital ran so well. Congrats to all the emergency staff, CT team, your all doing great.

They say emergency and priority to wait of more than 5 hours. I don’t what are they doing or do not have enough doctors but this is a serious matter. Emergency should be treated as emergency. Nobody wants to hear unless it is an actual emergency. We waited for 5 hours for my child who is only 2 years old and we were told we are put on priority and we end up waiting close to 6 hours— like seriously. I do not want to use any bad words this is something needs to be taken care of

Nurses are rude and have bad attitude, I understand that nursing is not at all easy, however, the attitude that these nurses give is just disgusting. We had told them that our friend’s parents were DEAD, and that she needed her friends to be there so they should calm down, and they said that she belonged in JAIL instead, and said that it’s not a medical issue, even though she was literally SEIZING and THROWING UP, and not RESPONDING before we got there. People can die and still be waiting. How can they make people wait for 5-6 hours, it’s an emergency.
