Huge shout out to Kathleen at the labor room. She is amazing. I only have good things to say for her. I had so much pain but the way she took care of me whole night I am truly grateful.Lexi is the other person I would like to Thank. When I got shifted to Mother child care room, with Kelly and Magaret best care I have received. Last but not the least Shannon lactation Consultant, she is super!!!
Terrible experience. Went to ER with wife for emergancy. Gets us to the department we need. Then they tell us they are under staffed and under funded and were not able to provide emergency care and we needed to come back in 3 days. Litterly turned us away saying please complain to the head office so we can get more funding. Awful feeling to be turned away from a safe haven cause they don't have enough ppl or money.
V poor service.. even if u r dying with pain they won’t check you untill or unless u are having a heart attack or you are on death bed. I went there at 6 pm and my turn came around 2 am … waited for 8-9 hours and doctor came around 3.. my suggestion: its better to have a family doctor
Some staff is super nice, some staff needs to find different carrier. 5 hrs wait time at emergency is unacceptible.
