Keep waiting for 6 hours just to be told there are people waiting for 11 hours by rude staff
staff in pediatrics on weekends is terrible and 90% of the time terrible management by the charge nurse. They have such a terrible level of care and during the week is a bit better but not much unless you get lucky and get the 1 in 5 good nurses , when did nurses start to not give a damn about the kids? its unreal honestly. I get it when there are 5 kids per one nurse, but cmon to " forget" to do VERY important blood work that needs to be done at a specific time and neglect a child's needs ... Maybe they shouldn't be a pedia... read more

Day surgery nurses are amazing. very friendly, personable. Easy to talk to and very accommodating. They do a great job. thanks again.
