Great place to buy tools, fasteners, PPE and just about anything else you would need for trades. Guys are really helpful as well

Called today to order some stainless steel fasteners. The man I spoke to said we require you to email us an order what you want. I said I dont have a computer at the moment. He said cant help you then. The sales person seemed bothered that I wanted to order something that they did not stock. Then I called the bolt supply shop and they gladly took my order over the phone. I wonder if you need a laptop to special order at Regina Fasteners when you walk in as well. I suggest do not call this place.
Great place to buy tools and supplies.
Disappointed in customer service. I called one day ahead to ask for the tool, and was told that they have one in stock and gave me price. Next morning when I came to the store just to be told they didn't even carry that tool.
