Reception is struggling to answer calls. I had a conversation with a lady after waiting 2 hours for them to pick up, We started the process of booking an appointment with my family doctor and then she hung up on me. Super childish and disrespectful. the online booking does not work so that’s really my only way of booking an opointment. The lady that was talking to me on july 31st needs to grow up and do her job so people can get the help they need! The staff at this clinic is amazing. I love going in. However, my review is a 3 because in all my years, many experiences with the healthcare system across multiple provinces for myself and my family, I have never been spoken to the way Dr.Maroof spoke to me. She is rude, degrading, and spoke poorly about my 18m old son to me. Stay VERY clear of Dr.Maroof if you’d like a compassionate doctor who treats you with respect.
All the staff, reception, nurses, doctors, and other staff are nice, helpful people. they take real care of the patients. I strongly recommend it.
