The staff at this clinic is amazing. I love going in. However, my review is a 3 because in all my years, many experiences with the healthcare system across multiple provinces for myself and my family, I have never been spoken to the way Dr.Maroof spoke to me. She is rude, degrading, and spoke poorly about my 18m old son to me. Stay VERY clear of Dr.Maroof if you’d like a compassionate doctor who treats you with respect.
All the staff, reception, nurses, doctors, and other staff are nice, helpful people. they take real care of the patients. I strongly recommend it.
Best family medicine clinic in Regina. So fortunate to have been a patient here since I was a child, and now my kids are patients too. Three generations, including my parents, have had continuous family doctors here. It’s a wonderful model, holistic care supported by a Co-operative. We’ve always been able to get in to see our regular doctor, one of the excellent Nurse Practitioners, or the doctor on-call the same day or within 24hrs.
