Had a claim repair. The fixing of the paint job from some scuffs looked flawless. There was a little bend in the fender that wasn't "perfected", but for unnoticeable unless you are actively looking for it. My biggest upset is with the cost of additional repairs in other areas of the car. It was not even worth considering.
My experience is with my low mileage summer only car. 2021 Camry TRD 8000km. Last fall, a person damaged front left corner when they turned across nose of car. Was in to be repaired in May. One fender was not fixed. It was left bent. Brought in to get that addressed. Fender was just tried to be straightened by hand. Still not fixed. Brought in because bumper sagging. I had my car repaired at Regina Auto Body after an accident, and I’m very pleased with the final result. Some of the work needed to be redone to bring everything back to its original state, but the team, especially Matt, made sure the process was smooth and that all my concerns were taken care of.
