I’ve been seeing Dr. Varghese for several years now. He always takes the time to listen and cares about each of his patients. He’s always available for questions on the messaging system and his staff makes sure routine refills are done quickly.
Dr. Varghese is one of the best doctors in Louisville. He listens, he runs test. He gets to the bottom of your illness and treats you appropriately. I am blessed to have him as my doctor.
I was a patient of Dr. Varghese for nearly 17 years. The quality of his service has diminished dramatically over time. His staff has become very unresponsive to requests and their attitudes have crossed the unprofessional and rude line with me many times. This was what finally caused me to change physicians. There are better choices of doctors available than Regi.
Dr. Varghese is a very friendly doctor, but he is most interested in being the patient's friend than treating the patient. My father has been seeing him for years and Dr. Varghese clearly missed identifying my father's dementia or his physical decline. He also seems to be more interested in writing prescriptions than finding solutions to the underlying issues. Had my father on a diabetes medicine that a hospital stay discovered and the hospital staff took him off the meds.
