Reggie, Andy, and there whole crew are great .always up front and honest.no bull with these guys
Frustrating service. Discussed symptoms over the phone. Service advisor was correct in his assessment before ATV arrived. Plug and play part: one 10mm bolt and two pig tails and labor is 5 minutes. Charged $387 for labor, 3 hrs. No call to review diagnostics or update completion date. They had the machine for over a month before they even ordered the part, that they suspected it to be a month previously - and at most this is a 3 hour job, but more like 1 hr max in handling and charging battery, etc. but, comon man!
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for a better small engine shop and excellent selection of good quality saws and snowblowers
Courteous and friendly. A part was pre-ordered and when I showed up, the part was immediately provided.
Andy is doing a great job under some trying times.
