On 01 /23/2019 I dropped my car off for new rear brakes and oil and filter change, because a friend recommended them to me. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that the Oil and Filter job was not performed, and was told they forgot. I was told to bring the car in on the following Saturday at 8:00 AM.
