Reggie was awesome and not only inspected my truck but took care of a bunch of small issues on the same day! My new GO TO mechanic!
Reggie saved me again. Headed out of town on 12 hour round trip, got a cylinder three misfire (I keep a $15 code reader in my glove box). This was a Saturday, so parts shops don’t deliver. I hobbled into Reggies at 7:15 AM. Reggie pulled in at 7:30, said he would take a look. I rented a VEO scooter to try and find a rental car (two hour waste of time). 2003 Toyota Rav4 needed a front left axle. Reggies phone quote was very competitive and he had quick availability. Repair was completed faster than estimated, no surprises in pricing. I also requested a pressure test on the the coolant system. They found a slow leak and took the time to explain the situation thoroughly. He even advised me that the existing water pump is OEM (original). Don't know how he figured that out. Anyway, an overall great experience and I plan to return soon to replace the leaking water pump. Very fast and honest, and supper nice!
Reggie SAVED our family field trip! My sister and I were road tripping across Virginia from out of state with our five kids. Right outside of Charlottesville, a spark plug blew on my van and we were sitting ducks trying to figure out how to get it fixed. We called Reggie and he was quick with a quote AND got us in not just the same day for service, but maybe 30 minutes after we called.
