Reggie Ray’s Barbecue is hands down some of the best BBQ around! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The meats were tender and juicy, and the sauce had the perfect balance of sweet and smoky. The sides were just as good — you can tell everything is made with care. DO NOT order from here. Placed our order online, paid, recieved confirmation. Then got a cancellation text from reggie rays. Called to ask what happened, no answer. I have called, emailed, and contacted via Facebook. There is never an answer just a strange voicemail. Over a week with no refund. Sounds like a front to take money if you ask me. Edited to add, my order was placed during posted business hours. We recieved order confirmation at 8:43pm on Friday 8-9-2024 and the listed hours across the web are Fridays 12-11:30pm.
0 stars!!! This place is a scam!! Placed order online they took money came to pick up and restaurant is closed 1:00 PM Friday. You cannot call and speak with anyone strait to voicemail. The most unprofessional business I’ve encountered in this neighborhood. Horrible representation for our people. Someone please open a soul food restaurant around this location and SHUT THEM DOWN!
