Excellent management and maintenance.
I've been living in the complex since 2001! So as an elder statesman I can say whole heartily this place is Amazing! Yes what place is perfect? And there are literally 6 reviews, so I'm sure thier experience is accurate for them, but for me I've experienced it all! Bad management companies, shady colluding board members, security that does nothing and bad neighbors, but I've also experienced great security guards, competent board members and management companies and absolutely great neighbors!
