Disappointing Disappointing experience. I recently moved out of Regents after spending 1 year there. Issues: Electric gate broken from November to April. Tenants used the same entrance as exit during that time. Maintenance randomly entering apartment when no service scheduled. Elevator floor broken for 10 months Indoor pool and hot tub not functioning for weeks at a time including much of winter. Racquetball court used for private fitness class of tenant during prime times and charging hourly
