Ive only used them for wood blind repair but they’re more than kind and on occasion have not even charged me. Often they repair them while I wait which isnt very long.
My experience here was the worst. The customer service here is very unprofessional. The owner installed blinds in my home and within a week the blind malfunctioned. It took the owner 2 weeks to come inspect the blind. I had to cover my windows with newspaper for 2 weeks. He finally after 2 mos. came to my home on a day when I wasn't home and left the blind on the front porch, where it was stolen. I have to take him to court to get compensation.
Love my Roman Shades...the room looks great.
Had some pillows made for our bedroom. They are beautiful!!
Received fair pricing, very nice blinds, and quick installation for commercial blinds; using this company for my home's blinds now also.
