I had the worst experience here. I went for tb testing and I was supposed to come back 2 days after injection for reaction check. It skipped from my mind to go back and they also did not follow up why couldn’t I visited.I tried calling them many a times on 3rd day to which they didn’t respond. My concern is they are charging almost double the amount for these immunization but don’t find it necessary to follow up with the client to make sure the intervention steps are complete. My first time visiting this centre yesterday. I found the staff very friendly and professional. The wait time was with in reason. The doctor was friendly and Diagnose My problems immediately. Thank you to all the staff. I will return if needed.
I’ve been here a few times and find the wait times to be very reasonable (in my experience - plus they have comfortable waiting room chairs). Dr. Shaker is always kind and very thorough. It’s also nice that there is a Dynacare a few steps away.
Dr. Shaker is great. Friendly and professional. Receptionists did their best to accommodate me as a walk in. Would recommend highly.
"Walk in closed" then why are you even here? Useless.
