I had a fantastic experience at the walk-in clinic!! The entire visit was smooth and seamless, with a short wait time and I was able to be seen quickly. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and very helpful. Dr. Shaker was attentive and caring, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend this walk-in clinic!

The male receptionist was very rude and unprofessional to both patients and staff. I could clearly hear him yelling at staff members for no reason. Even when someone makes a mistake, it should be addressed politely and respectfully. Staff deserve respect—they are essential to the workplace, and no one should be treated that way. I experienced extremely poor treatment from the reception staff. I visited this place while I was ill and suffering from severe ear pain, which had prevented me from sleeping for two days. Despite arriving early, I was not allowed to register on the waiting list. I do not understand why the reception staff interfered excessively in personal and private matters, as if the cost of my treatment were coming out of their own pocket.

Long wait time even with appointment...@ 1 hour. Very uncomfortable seating. Dr Anam is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent vist, smooth throughout. Reception team and Dr. Treated me very well.
