Great when buying the van, after service is non existing. Talk about passing the buck when something needs fixing. There were cuts on the table cushion, ie for extra bed, it was noted by Ben before van was brought home. He assured us that new cushion had already been ordered. That was almost 3 months ago. When I rang office I got told Ben was too busy to talk to me, was told to ring Karl, which I did, he assured me he would get Penny, the warranty person to call me the next morning. ????? I had an issue with the caravan whilst being serviced, the repair agent contacted snowy caravans perth and they accepted the warranty claim and supplied parts, very happy with that result. I paid for the labour content and was assured of reimbursment, well that was 3mths ago, after numerous emails and requests I am still waiting, not so happy now.
We picked up our SRC22F triple bunk yesterday, all the staff were helpful and friendly. We dealt with Wayne & Steve and our handover was smooth. Also recommend when they offer you a coffee, take it ! Was delicious!
