Caravan seems ok... SRT20 2025...took 2 weeks for them to tell me they received my bank transfer, spec sheet says one brand of antenna and actually has a cheaper one installed on the roof, from the day we signed the contract the service is probably as bad as you could get..they dont reply. Picked up van, had to do 3 claims 20 minutes later when I got home.. almost a month later, still not fixed, not replying to emails.Snowy river Perth do not care about there customers.

A big shout out to Penny for all her help with a small warranty job, she pulled out all the stops to make sure we were all fixed up before our trip.
We have just ordered a new caravan. Can't wait for it to arrive.
Wouldn’t recommend, once you’ve signed and paid the joyful experience and excitement of getting a new van, goes out the window. Poor customer service, and broken promises from sales team. Warranty department are quick to pass the buck and say it’s your fault, even when you have proof something was broken/damaged prior to collecting. Service department had our van 6 months in a period of the year and only 1 out many items were attended to. Very disappointed
