Wouldn’t recommend, once you’ve signed and paid the joyful experience and excitement of getting a new van, goes out the window. Poor customer service, and broken promises from sales team. Warranty department are quick to pass the buck and say it’s your fault, even when you have proof something was broken/damaged prior to collecting. Service department had our van 6 months in a period of the year and only 1 out many items were attended to. Very disappointed
Great when buying the van, after service is non existing. Talk about passing the buck when something needs fixing. There were cuts on the table cushion, ie for extra bed, it was noted by Ben before van was brought home. He assured us that new cushion had already been ordered. That was almost 3 months ago. When I rang office I got told Ben was too busy to talk to me, was told to ring Karl, which I did, he assured me he would get Penny, the warranty person to call me the next morning. ????? Still no news on cushion, still wait... read more
