Many thanks to Tom and the team at Regent Refrigeration! We had a requirement for walk in fridge and -18 freezer to store specialist aerospace chemicals. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. The team were all really knowledgeable and a great bunch to work alongside. Experienced a problem with our monoblock cold room, not holding temperature, Brody came out to initially service but then he found that we may have a leak. Brody then came out a week later and solved the problem. From start to finish i cannot fault the service that i experienced.
Quick communication, attended site, diagnosed and resolved issue with the equipment and really prompt and good follow up customer service
Tom and the team were great. Had them out to service our three chillers and fault find on our walk in fridge monoblock. All serviced and fixed in good time and at a competative rate. We'll be using them again in the future. Cheers!
