I keep trying to call and receptionist picks up and hangs up the phone. Tried calling numerous times.
Worst clinic ever!!! I had a pre-booked appointment with the doctor and waited for 1.5 hour at the clinic and still couldn’t see the doctor. There were absolutely unprofessional and absurd behaviour .
I called on the phone to explain my case (IRCC medical examination supplement), the gentleman at the reception gave me an appointment 2 days later, without taking the trouble to check my case. On the day of the appointment, a lady called me twice to delay the time of my appointment twice. When I arrived at the appointment, the lady at the reception was not at all warm, she did not even bother to examine the file properly but referred us to another doctor. Booked an appointment in advance, got a confirmation. Showed up on time — they had no record of it. Wasted two full days for nothing. Really disappointed with how the front desk handles things.
