Booked an appointment in advance, got a confirmation. Showed up on time — they had no record of it. Wasted two full days for nothing. Really disappointed with how the front desk handles things.
Wait time was only 10 minutes. I was pre-checked over by a wonderful person who was very polite and thorough. Saw Dr.Chan right after. Also very thorough. I highly recommend this walk in clinic. I was advised they are taking new patients for anyone looking.
Had a horrible experience going to my clinic, Regent Primacy Medical Clinic in Superstore. I figured it was a walk in, it showed me on the website it was still open so I went for a check up. The receptionists wouldn’t even let me see the doctor that was there. It wasn’t mine but I was told I could go today to the clinic to see another doctor. Didn’t realize I would have to call first. I would give 10 stars If I could. The receptionist and doctor who saw me was so kind. I needed a prescription for medication I was out of and the doctor was glad to help. He knew the medication and joked with me. Definitely helped as a walk-in clinic when you need a medication refill and your primary doctor isn't available. Definitely going back there!
