I have been calling these guys since Thursday, their salon is not open on weekends I respect that, but at least pick up the phone when it's weekdays. I've been calling you for the past 3 days, Thursday Friday and Monday today, nobody is picking up always voice-mail. How the hell am I supposed to book an appointment if you guys don't pick up? Should I just come in for a walk in or what? Because last time you were extremely pissed that I came in without an appointment.

I came into this place expecting a great cut. I made a negative review on this place last time and got a free haircut by Gillian, who cut wonderfully. This time, I came in, and an Asian lady cut my hair, whose name I am unaware of. I asked for a taper fade and a little bit of hair off so I could still get a messy look. She gave me a fade (not taper) alongside cutting my hair so short. It now looks like a buzz cut. I am extremely disappointed in this service, I would've preferred Gillian instead.
So bad, my barber couldn't even understand English, I wanted a low taper. But she gave me the worst number 2. My dad does better
